Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Dosefi (“Dosefi,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). They govern your access to and use of the Dosefi mobile application and any related services, websites, or content (collectively, the “Service”).

By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Account Registration

To access most features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your password and restrict access to your account.
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
• Upload or transmit content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, its infrastructure, or other user accounts.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Service.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or collect data from the Service without our written consent.
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or any other harmful software.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely claim an affiliation with any person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by Dosefi and protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. This license does not include the right to sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, or otherwise exploit the Service for commercial purposes.

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Service (logs, photos, notes, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your data.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Dosefi may offer subscription plans (“Paid Plans”) for access to premium features. By subscribing to a Paid Plan, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase.
• Allow us (or our payment processor) to charge your designated payment method on the applicable billing cycle.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel your subscription through your device’s app store account settings (Apple App Store or Google Play).

All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as otherwise expressly stated. Prices may change with reasonable prior notice.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account within the app (Settings › Account › Delete Account) or by contacting us. Upon deletion, your data will be removed as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any content or information provided through the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL Dosefi, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dosefi and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties for a period of 30 days before either party may pursue other remedies.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and notify you via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.
