What is Dosefi?
Dosefi is an aesthetic protocol logbook for people who take peptide injections, Botox, microneedling, skin boosters, or similar treatments. You log your doses and check-ins, and Dosefi connects them to outcomes like skin clarity, energy, and weight — so you can finally see what your protocol is actually doing.
Is Dosefi a medical app?
No. Dosefi is a personal logbook and tracking tool, not a medical device or healthcare service. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting or changing any protocol or substance.
Who is Dosefi for?
Dosefi is designed for adults (18+) who self-administer or receive aesthetic and wellness treatments and want to track their protocols and outcomes in one place.
How do I log an injection?
On the home screen, tap the "+" button and select the treatment type. Enter the substance name, dose, injection site, and date/time. Add optional notes or a photo if you want. Tap Save — your log is stored instantly.
What types of treatments can I log?
You can log any peptide injection, Botox/neuromodulator treatment, microneedling session, skin booster, or any other aesthetic or wellness protocol. The free-text fields let you log anything — there are no restrictions on what substances or treatments you can track.
What are daily check-ins?
Check-ins are quick daily surveys where you rate your skin clarity, energy, mood, and any other metrics you care about. Dosefi overlays these ratings with your protocol logs to surface correlations over time.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your health data is private to you. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or disclose it to third parties except as required by law or to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
How is my data stored?
Your data is stored in Supabase, a cloud database platform with encryption at rest and in transit. We apply industry-standard security measures to protect your information.
Can I export or delete my data?
Yes. You can request a data export at any time by contacting us. To delete your account and all associated data, go to Settings > Account > Delete Account in the app. Deletion is permanent and processed within 30 days.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your device's app store. On iPhone/iPad, go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions and find Dosefi. You can cancel, pause, or change your plan from there. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.
The app is crashing or not working correctly.
First try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, try logging out and back in. Make sure you're running the latest version of the app from the App Store. If the problem continues, contact us with details about your device model, iOS version, and what you were doing when the crash occurred.
Can I use Dosefi on multiple devices?
Yes. Your account and data sync across devices when you log in with the same credentials.
