What is Dosefi?
Dosefi is a private logbook for user-entered aesthetic and wellness routines. You can record protocols, logs, reminders, optional photos, face map notes, and check-ins, then review your own records over time. Dosefi does not decide what you should take or tell you whether a protocol is medically effective.
Is Dosefi a medical app?
No. Dosefi is a personal logbook and tracking tool, not a medical device, healthcare service, dose calculator, or clinical decision support tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, dosing guidance, or safety determinations. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting or changing any protocol or substance.
Who is Dosefi for?
Dosefi is designed for adults (18+) who want a private record of aesthetic and wellness routines they already self-administer or receive. Use Dosefi only where lawful and with appropriate professional guidance.
Why add a protocol before logging?
A protocol is the reusable record for a routine you already decided to track. Adding it first keeps logs, due dates, reminders, history, and trends grouped in the right place.
How do I add a new protocol?
Open the Protocols tab and tap the "+" button. Add the name, amount, unit, start date, frequency, and color. Dosefi uses those details to organize future logs and show reminders based only on the schedule you enter.
How do I update a protocol?
Tap a protocol card to open its settings. You can update the schedule, dose/unit details, notes, color, or archived status. Updating a protocol keeps future reminders and logs aligned with your current recordkeeping setup.
How do I log an entry?
Tap the center "+" button or open the Log tab. Choose the protocol you already decided to track, enter the amount, date, time, and site, then save it. Each saved entry gives you a cleaner history to review later, so your notes are not scattered across memory, messages, or spreadsheets.
What types of treatments can I log?
You can record user-entered entries for aesthetic and wellness routines or other lawful protocols you choose to document. Free-text fields are for recordkeeping only; Dosefi does not recommend, endorse, verify, or prescribe any substance or treatment.
How do I log a check-in?
From Home, Calendar, or the check-in screen, add your daily ratings and any notes you want to remember. Check-ins help place how you felt that day next to what you logged, so your trends are easier to review. They are for personal recordkeeping only and do not diagnose causes or recommend changes.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your health-adjacent logs are private to you. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or disclose it to third parties except as required by law or to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
How is my data stored?
Your account records, protocol logs, check-ins, settings, and subscription status are stored in Supabase, a cloud database platform with security controls and encryption in transit. Optional progress photos and face map notes are stored locally on your device in the current app version unless you explicitly send them to us for support.
Does Dosefi collect face data?
Dosefi includes an optional templated face diagram that you can mark up as a note to remember where a face-related session was logged. It is for logging reference only. Dosefi does not use Face ID, TrueDepth, facial recognition, face geometry, biometric templates, identity verification, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.
Can I export or delete my data?
Yes. You can export your data from Settings > Data Control > Export Data. To delete your account and associated data, go to Settings and tap the red "Delete account" link below the Dosefi logo. Deletion is permanent; residual backups, security logs, or records we are legally required to keep may remain for up to 30 days.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the app store account where you purchased them. On iPhone or iPad, go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions. On Android, open Google Play > profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Do photos or face maps sync to the cloud?
No. In the current app version, optional photos and face map notes are stored locally in the app sandbox on your device. They are not uploaded to Supabase or third-party services unless you explicitly send a screenshot or file to support.
The app is crashing or not working correctly.
First try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, try logging out and back in. Make sure you're running the latest version of the app from your device's app store. If the problem continues, contact us with details about your device model, operating system version, and what you were doing when the crash occurred.
Can I use Dosefi on multiple devices?
Your cloud account records can be accessed when you sign in on another device. Optional photos and face map notes are local-only in the current app version, so they remain on the device where they were created.
Does Dosefi include widgets or Live Activities?
No. Dosefi 1.0 does not include widget or Live Activity functionality.
