Delete your account
You can request deletion of your Dosefi account and associated cloud records from inside the app or by contacting support.
Delete in the app
- Open Dosefi and go to Settings.
- Scroll below the Dosefi logo and tap Delete account.
- Confirm the deletion prompts.
Account deletion is permanent. Dosefi deletes your account, profile, protocol records, logs, check-ins, and app-managed local files. Residual backups, security logs, or records we are legally required to keep may remain for up to 30 days.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email hello@dosefi.app from the email address associated with your Dosefi account and include “Account deletion request” in the subject. We may ask for information needed to verify that you control the account.
Subscriptions
Deleting your Dosefi account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Subscriptions are managed by the app store account where you purchased them, such as Apple App Store subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions.
